According to Thai Immigration Law
In accordance with the Immigration Act, B.E. 2522
- 1.
All passengers must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card.
- 2.
If an alien stays in the Kingdom longer than 90 days, he/she must notify the nearest Immigration Officer in writing concerning their place of stay, as soon as possible upon expiration of 90 days. This notification is required every 90 days.
- 3.
Aliens are not allowed to work unless they are granted a Work Permit.
- 4.
Foreigners are required to submit their arrival card information 3 days in advance of their arrival date in Thailand.
